HEART OF GOLD RUM

Heart of Gold was created with cocktails in mind. This blend of four aged rums from Barbados and Jamaica is the key to the best Daiquiri, Rum Sour or Gold Rush you've may ever have! 

Each of the four lightly aged rums was matched to one of Rolling Fork's bourbon casks for secondary aging, ranging from a few months up to two years. 

Proofed to 101 and offering an enticing mix of citrus and berry notes, a tart cranberry edge, mild baking spices and tasty brown sugar, it's the rum that won't over-power, but will over-deliver with the depth it brings to drinks.

LOST CASK COLLECTION

Rolling Fork’s Lost Cask Collection is made up of rare, single-cask, long-aged rums bottled at cask strength. Casks are sourced from distilleries around the world. Ages typically range from 16 years and up.

FORTUITOUS UNION

We spent years planning a product that's uniquely different from any other spirit, yet rich with the craft of Kentucky distilling. On our first batch, we got way more than we bargained for when our 12-year-old Trinidad rum—finished in Kentucky bourbon casks—was inadvertently mixed with 5-year-old cask-proof rye whiskey. While we didn't plan to blend these two wonderful spirits, the outcome was fortuitous, to say the least. This rare, specialty spirit combines the finest qualities of rum with the trusted edge of cask-proof rye whiskey.

The Kentucky Cask Series features small batch rums partially aged in Kentucky and blended by Rolling Fork Spirits founders Turner Wathen and Jordan Morris. The founders blend each limited release for a flavor profile lending itself to extended aging in hand-selected casks in Kentucky bourbon warehouses.
