ROLLING FORK DAIQUIRI
The easiest way to impress your friends.
2 oz. Rolling Fork 100 proof Jamaican Rum
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.75 oz. simple syrup
Shake ingredients in tin and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
RUM FOR THE ROSES
Our nod to the most famous 2 minutes in history.
1.5 oz. Rolling Fork Jamaican Rum
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. sweet vermouth 3-4 oz. sparkling rosé
Shake the first four ingredients over ice. Strain into stemless champagne flute. Top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with lemon twist and or strawberry slices. For a pinker color, and a dash of hibiscus syrup or maraschino syrup. Photo by Risa James Weaver.
RUM OLD FASHIONED
A spin on the beloved bourbon version.
2 oz. Rolling Fork Rum ⠀
1 sugar cube⠀
3–4 dashes orange bitters⠀
For garnish: orange peel
Lightly muddle orange peel with a sugar cube and a tablespoon of water in a rocks glass. Add rum and bitters. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add a large ice cube and stir again briefly. Garnish with orange peel. ⠀

0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz. red wine

0.75 oz. lime juice
0.25 oz. grapefruit juice
0.25 oz. maraschino liqueur
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and grapefruit peel.
ROLLING JULEP
Part Kentucky, part tropics.
Organic mint leaves
0.5 oz. Demerara simple syrup
2 oz. Rolling Fork Jamaican Rum
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Crushed iced
Muddle mint leaves in julep cup. Add ingredients and stir. Garnish with mint.

2 oz. Rolling Fork Jamaican Rum
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz real grenadine
0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
2-3 maraschino cherries
Stir ingredients well. Add tropical umbrella.

2 oz. cold brew coffee
3 to 5 filtered ice cubes
